The Role Of E-Management Of Housing Loans In Improving The Quality Of Service
Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of e-management of housing loans in the quality of service provided in banks. The field of study is a sample of beneficiaries of housing loans in addition to employees working in banks that grant housing loans. A structural model was built for the supposed relationships between variables and analyzed by adopting statistical methods. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The e-management of housing loans contributes effectively to improving the quality of service for loans provided to citizens by converting traditional operations into fast and effective electronic systems.
