Abstract

This research explores sustainable management practices in small enterprises, emphasizing their critical role in promoting environmental stewardship, economic viability, and social responsibility. Through a mixed-methods approach, the study investigates various sustainable strategies employed by small businesses, including resource efficiency, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing. Case studies highlight successful implementations and the challenges faced by these enterprises in adopting sustainable practices. The findings indicate that integrating sustainability not only enhances competitiveness but also fosters community engagement and consumer trust. Recommendations are provided for small enterprises seeking to implement effective sustainable management practices, contributing to a more sustainable economy.
