Abstract

This research study aims to identify and explore effective strategies for managing diversity in sports organizations. In today's globalized world, diversity within sports organizations has become increasingly important. With diverse teams and staff members, organizations can tap into a wider range of talents, perspectives, and experiences, leading to enhanced innovation, performance, and overall success. However, managing diversity effectively requires thoughtful and inclusive practices. The study will employ a qualitative research design, utilizing interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders, including administrators, coaches, athletes, and support staff from various sports organizations. It will investigate current practices, challenges, and opportunities in managing diversity within these organizations, focusing on factors such as recruitment and hiring, training and development, communication, and organizational culture.
