The Mediating Effect Of Strategic Scenario Between Three-Dimensional Leadership And The Quality Of Academic Performance
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationships between the three-dimensional leadership and the quality of academic performance through the mediating role of the strategic scenario. This study reviewed 83 valid questionnaires that were sent to a sample of Iraqi university professors. The study used the method of correlation analysis, regression and structural modeling in order to test the relationships between variables. The results found that there is a positive mediating role for the strategic scenario between the three-dimensional leadership and the quality of academic performance.
