Promoting Inclusive Education: Strategies for Enhancing Social Integration

Abstract

This research study aims to explore effective strategies for promoting inclusive education and enhancing social integration among diverse student populations. Inclusive education, which emphasizes equal access to education for all students regardless of their abilities or backgrounds, plays a crucial role in fostering social cohesion and creating a supportive learning environment. However, achieving social integration within inclusive educational settings remains a challenge. This study will employ a qualitative research approach, utilizing interviews and focus group discussions with educators, students, and parents. The research will examine existing practices and experiences within inclusive schools, with a specific focus on identifying successful strategies that facilitate social integration. Additionally, the study will explore the perspectives and insights of stakeholders regarding the barriers and facilitators of social integration in inclusive education.
