Abstract

This research investigates how remote work has influenced work-life balance, with a specific focus on gender differences. Data was collected through questionnaires from 300 employees in both private and public sectors. Results show that while remote work provides flexibility, women face disproportionate burdens due to household responsibilities. The study suggests policy recommendations for equitable remote work strategies that consider gender-based disparities.
